Roast Chicken - By Nothing Special

I have spent my childhood in boarding school. I have lot of fond memories of boarding school - friend, matrons, pranks and food. I particularly remember that on Saturday's, we used to get the whole roasted Chicken in Dinner with the veggies tucked inside the chicken and tied with a string. We were too young that time to know how to cut the whole chicken with the help of the knife and fork, but as a standard practice we used to get turns to do it so that each of us learn the tactic. While sharing, we need to keep in mind that each and every member of the table should get EQUAL number of pieces. Yes, I am stretching on EQUAL because it literary had to be. After coming back home, I never got the chance to relish the Roast Chicken as we never had the Tandoor or the Oven to do the same. But love for Roast Chicken always remained in heart.
